Really nice spa experience on New Year's Day. They will provide a rob, slippers, and bag for your wet bathing suit in your secure locker. You'll get a tour when you get there. I highly recommend going 2-3 hours before your treatment to enjoy the amenities. I arrived an hour early and that wasn't enough time. I got a facial and massage in my package and both treatments were really nice. The showers in the locker rooms were pretty amazing. They have everything you could need available in the locker rooms at their beauty bars (for women). Not sure what they have for men. The hydrotherapy room was a large whirlpool hot tub with two waterfalls and lots of jets. They had a cold plunge pool (too cold for me), a steam room, and sauna. Snacks and flavored water/tea are available for free. There is a cafe, but I didn't get a chance to try it. I think I'll make this an annual thing to start the year off at Koehler! No photos per their policy. They also don't allow cell phone conversations or loud in person conversations so it's a nice quiet environment.

Went to this spa after hearing great reviews. I’ve been having a very stressful week, so I went with the intention to relax. Walked in to a beautiful establishment. Friendly and helpful receptionists as well. Unfortunately, after what I witnessed on my visit, I will never return. It was Grace I overheard to be specific. All I have to say is to learn how to bring an issue you have with your employees in private. I felt bad for the receptionist and how this management handled the situation. To say the least, I got second hand embarrassment. Save your money and don’t support an establishment like this.

As someone who has experienced some of the best of the best in spa treatments, this location needs some improving for what they charge. My girlfriend and I visited this location today for the first time. We both received deep tissue massages that were really great! We then enjoyed our time in the relaxation room ( it was perfect! Comfy and cozy). We also enjoyed the hot tub, plunge pool, steam and sauna rooms. Where this facility falls really short is the locker room, showers, and products. The place was very busy and they only have 3 showers (nothing fancy steam etc) and 2 toliets. There was at times a wait. They have awful products ( including Sauve and Dove) to offer. Never once was anyone actually cleaning the showers. With all of the people using them I was quite surprised. This made our experience less than what we were expecting. It was also very crammed trying to get dressed. They need more space. If you want to charge first class prices you should deliver a first class experience from start to finish.

Just finished appointments for me and husband at Burr Ridge Kohler Waters Spa...Gabriella took us on a tour and got us individually set up in locker rooms...they take quiet very seriously and have guests sign at check-in to make sure all others are treated to a peaceful stay...do not think there was any end time after spa treatment...we were able to, if we wanted to...use thermal baths, cold plunge, steam, salt sauna...snacks...lots of infused water...opp to shower, relax...enjoy well after our appointments. And did we! I had the pleasure of having Ayana as my Spa Masseuse Therapist and spouse still raving about his Masseuse Edgar...somehow...I do not know how...they each knew exactly how much pressure to apply for each of us and make it 100% great ...yes, they ask you before they start...but...as first time clients...sometimes you get lost in details...not here. It is very nice...great services. Thanks, Gabriella, Ayana and Edgar...real pros!!!

The massage therapists are amazing and the facility is beautiful. Unfortunately, when you are paying a premium price the attention to detail is not there. I was at the Spa on 8/10 with friends. I informed the attendants that the sauna was not working. They did check and said they reset it. Unfortunately, it never got hot. When I took a shower, there was no shampoo or body shower gel in the containers. I did inform the front desk at check out and was not provided an apology or any form of compensation. My bill was over $1000 and the customer service was just not there regarding the amenities.

Loved it. So relaxing in "water room". Love the Waterfalls! The quiet room wasn't very quiet which I don't know how it could be because it's not enclosed I'm not talking about the room with the fireplace the other sitting area. Fabulous manicure. Thank you Anna.

I absolutely love this spa. Every year for our birthdays, my sisters, mom, and I all spend a Saturday getting treatments. Everything has always been five stars, but on our last visit we were told no electronics in the waiting room. We always use this time to read and some of us use kindles. They said books are allowed and you can turn a lamp on, but a kindle glow would be distracting. I had it on dark mode, as did my mom, who has trouble with her eyesight for normal books and uses her kindle for increased font size. Please reconsider this - I'm ALL for no phones in the area, but reconsider the kindle thing, please! Treatments are always top notch and wonderful - highly recommend the Lavender Rain Hydrotherapy.

After a stressful couple of days, I needed some spa love so being 15 minutes away from this location was key. Being here for the 1st time, I had a 3:30p appointment for a 50 minute massage. I was escorted to the men's locker room which was clean and nice. It wasn't super big but sufficient. Before I left I did take a shower here and it was nice as there were 3 different shower heads to take a shower so that was nice. I'm sorry I don't remember the masseuse's name but it was a very relaxing massage. She did ask what areas did she want to focus on and I mentioned my calves were sore. She did focus on it so that was nice. I felt relaxed as she did a great job. Afterward I went to the relaxation area to have some tea and chill. There were a group of two ladies talking a little loudly which stunk. Kohler makes you sign a paper to maintain a quiet demeanor while there. Then about 10 minutes later, some women to the right of me were chatting it up as well. I was a little annoyed so I went to put on my swim trunks and check out the amenities of the steam room and pool. First the steam room was nice but I did not smell and eucalyptus as advertised. Maybe it was a faint scent but usually I have a good sniffer for that. Afterwards, I hit the plunge pool which was nice at 8 feet. Then onto the pool with it's waterfall and jets. That was nice but what wasn't nice was as I was sitting in the pool for 30 minutes, towels were draped/laid on about 8 chairs. Going to the American Club location, that would never fly. Also there was a woman to emptied out the bin of towels but left the ones on the chairs. It looked messy. Finally I went back for more tea in the relaxation room and fast forward 10 minutes and there were about 3 women in the pool area chatting it up. It was annoying. I just wish this location was more diligent and ask the guests to shhhhh. That shouldn't fall on the patrons to do that. I tried it and i'm good not going to this location moving forward.
